Came in and he is so cute!!! Very well made and soft, I love petting its hair lol. I can tell he was definitely made with love :D Shipping was also pretty fast considering it was coming from very far! Immense joy achieved. (The big one on the right)
This is the 3rd plush I’ve bought from this company and as always the experience was amazing! The plush is very well made and is absolutely adorable! Shipping was much faster than I expected which was a nice surprise. The only bad thing is that I can’t decide which plush to buy next haha
The product itself is excellent — great quality and exactly as described. I’m very happy with the item I received.
However, the customer service was quite disappointing. Several items from my order suddenly went out of stock, even though I had been told they would be reserved for me. I was not informed about these changes and had to constantly follow up myself to get any updates. Communication was slow and inconsistent, and I often waited long periods for replies.
It’s a shame, because the products are truly wonderful. With more reliable stock management and proactive customer updates, the overall shopping experience could be so much better. Hopefully this won't happen again because i love these dolls. Idia looks absolutely adorable.

He is so firm so it’s more durable! I love his eyes and hair too, so pretty. He also came with a card and it was adorable!
