6/28/24, I ordered my Simon plush which got delayed a couple weeks, sounds like it’s not a big deal, right? Completely wrong, once the package “finally came” it got sent to the wrong address, even after I double checked that I put the right address in. They put a typo in on their side of the situation by putting in 25th instead of 24th. I can not tell you how many times I’ve sent emails to them asking them what they can do or what I can possibly do to fix the situation. I went to the post office and even to the address it got sent to but there was nothing. They didn’t offer a refund, didn’t offer a discount, and not even did they offer any sympathy what so ever. I’m sad and upset, I spend my first paycheck on this plush and I didn’t even get it. 44$ isn’t cheap especially for an underplayed worker. I tried getting a refund from PayPal but they didn’t side with me, saying ‘it was delivered’ so they didn’t chose my side, even though it didn’t. I cannot explain how much I had wanted this plush, I would check my mailbox everyday, I even started tallying up the days on my calendar. I’m so upset with this company
