EU Customers (VAT Information)
We offer two shipping options for European Union orders:

Express Shipping (DHL / FedEx):

Shipping fees exclude VAT. Packages may be inspected by local customs.

We strictly comply with legal regulations and cannot undervalue packages.

You may be required to pay import VAT/duties upon arrival. If you refuse tax payment and the package is destroyed by local customs, no refunds will be issued.

Standard / Commercial Shipping:

Shipping fees include VAT. No additional customs or tax fees will be required upon delivery.

US Customers (Duties & Remote Areas)

Import Duties: Both Express (FedEx) and Standard/Commercial Shipping fees include customs duties. US customers will not incur additional tax fees upon delivery.

Remote Territories Notice: Surcharges apply for orders shipping to Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico due to higher carrier rates
