We're Hiring: Social Media Account Manager

We're looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Manager to shape the voice of Plush Wonderland. If you live and breathe social media and Otaku culture, we want you on our team.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute our social media strategy to grow our presence and engage our community.
  • Create, curate, and schedule compelling content (images, video, text, GIFs) that captures our brand's unique spirit.
  • Manage daily community interactions—responding to comments, messages, and fostering a positive fan environment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Product) to align social content with brand initiatives and launches.
  • Analyze performance metrics to continuously refine and improve our strategy.
  • Monitor social media and pop culture trends to keep our content fresh and relevant.
  • Plan and run social media campaigns and paid ads (Meta, X, TikTok, etc.) for product launches and promotions.

Who You Are:

  • You have 1+ years of experience managing social media for a brand.
  • You possess a deep understanding and passion for anime and gaming ("Otaku") culture.
  • You have excellent English communication skills and a portfolio of your work.
  • You're proficient with major social platforms and tools like X, instagram etc.
  • You're a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • A degree in Marketing or a related field is a plus.
