There are several wonderful things about this company: the quality of their work, the large variety of communities they cater to, and their fantastic customer service! I had a few bumps in the road (errors on MY end) and everyone who i interacted with during the order fulfillment process was so amazingly kind! Would buy from again!

I finally feel like I can do this review since this new Ruggie held up pretty well so far :)
So far this one (and his tail) has been able to survive taking him places and washing him, my only suggestion is for a stronger magnetic connection because the clothes weaken it is to get an elastic band with a small magnet glued on it if you planned on taking the plush anywhere were it may get losted
