We understand how you feel about the original hairstyle, and we also know you just wanted to hear what others think. However, regarding his hair, we did run several posts on social media about it. The initial design received quite a lot of pushback – many people hoped we would remove the braids and expressed that they didn't feel it was welcoming enough. After weighing the feedback, we made a second revision. In the poll we held, the second version did get more votes, so we ultimately decided to go with that one for mass production.

Now that the mass production is already finished, we understand your disappointment. We'll be sure to pass along your valuable suggestions, and if there's ever a chance for a future change, we'll definitely give your thoughts priority.

We know that every fan has their own preferences and mental images of the characters – and imagination is a beautiful thing. In fact, we've drawn a lot of inspiration and ideas from everyone's rich creativity and feedback. That's why we hope to keep making as many good products as we can, within our capabilities.
