The hair wasn’t sewn on too well so there is a small bald spot and the top of the head, other than that it’s in a good condition! The plush seems to be packed really sturdily because it’s not soft to the touch- it’s quite firm. The details of the facial features and the paw icon are really cute. The customer service also updated me on the delivery time when it was kept at the local carrier for a few days (when I enquired). Came around the estimated timeframe so that’s good too.
Only the Cotton Doll Plush came, but no clothes.
