If you’re a creator:

📅 Process & Timeline
Release:
Once collaboration is confirmed, we will announce and launch the co-branded doll within 1-2 weeks. The crowdfunding period will typically last one month.
Production:
If the minimum order goal is met within the sales period, we will proceed with production. If not, all orders will be fully refunded.
After confirming the quantity, we begin production. Due to the intricate process of crafting high-quality cotton dolls, the production cycle usually takes 4-5 months.
Delivery:
Once the dolls are ready, shipping generally takes around 15 days. Delivery times to remote areas may vary — feel free to contact us via email for specific details.
