The second plush I pre-order from here and the quality and detail of the embroidery are perfect. I even bought extra outfits for it and all fit perfectly.
I did received the wrong version at first, but Customer service were great and fixed quickly for me.
Overall I'm really happy with my order.
Very quickly, this is not about the QUALITY of the doll, but customer service. I have no experience with the doll, I can't say to their quality, I've heard a lot more good things then bad things, this is just what to consider when you buy from them.
I've write to plushwonderland about this, but they've been extremely unhelpful and cold about it, so I give up on it. But essentially, doll got stuck at border, it requires specific info for it to be release (this part is my fault, I've never bought anything without a middle man except this one, so in the end I couldn't figure out what to provide for it to be release).
I sent an email with info and the picture of the paper served to me. According to the notice, they will be handing the package back to the
original country's postal in about 10 days, and Plush told me "they've attemped delivery, but it failed (I've only received a letter about this, and no other attempt to deliver the doll was made)
This could entirely be on the postal, but what ticked me off more was the sort of attitude Plush Wonderland gave me, after waiting almost a year for Skully and then going without my money AND my doll. I think if you want to purchase this doll anywhere else but the US or so, it's best to go through a middle man.

Got my Skully a few days ago and he is absolutely precious. The embroidery and sewing all looks perfect - just like everything else that comes from Plush Wonderland!
For my Skully in particular I used pan pastels to blush the ends of the hair alongside the usual face blushing (btw: for those who want to match the gothic style behind his character design - I recommend blushing with black and orange pan pastels. Red can wash out the orange in his eyes, and I just found that the orange does the job much better!)
