The first time I ordered the Hualian puppets, the postal service of my country lost my parcel. Even if this was by no means Plush Wonderland's fault, they listened to me and gave me options to solve the situation when it became evident the postal service wouldn't take accountability. They were very attentive and helpful! Now I have my adorable Hualian puppets with me, and for that, I'm very thankful. I'll definitely buy more dolls here in the future, and I recommend others to do the same :D
