He is so cute!!! Soft, the clothes are adorable and just the best I could ask for!! Only thing is the clothes are slightly hard to put on.. (straps too tight) but it worked out in the end!! I will definitely end up buying from you guys more in the near future!!
This second one is on me being to impulsive with my first review. The outfit with the jacket has one sleeve a lot longer than the other along with being difficult to put on overall. The company was very nice when I have sent emails and so I overall just hope no one else’s is like this!
Hello, we have already confirmed the relevant issues and will implement stricter quality control in future product manufacturing to bring you better and higher quality products. Thank you very much.
I love Jack so much! The feeling of the fabric is nice and soft overall. The stitching is a problem though. There are some places where the outfit is clearly not stitched well and the ears are way smaller than shown. I ordered another plus and the extra hair pieces are lower quality than the other. I still am really happy having it but wish it was just a little better quality!
Hello,
Thank you so much for liking the plush. Regarding the size of the ears, we understand and will strive to improve it in the next batch. The tuft of fur is a double-layered design. We sincerely apologize for the defect in the garment. You can send an email with your order number and requirements to our official email address, and a specialist will handle your after-sales issues. We hope to find a solution that satisfies you.
Thank you so much for your support and trust in PLUSH WONDERLAND!

He's so cute and wonderful, his tail is also magnetic so it will swish around a bit.
