Hello,

We are very sorry. Since the tail and the hair use the same material, this may be why the tail does not look fluffy enough. We will take your feedback into consideration and try our best to improve these aspects in the future. Thank you very much for your sincere feedback. We will also keep working hard to improve and bring everyone better products.

Thank you very much for your trust and support in PLUSH WONDERLAND!

Hello,

Thank you very much for your suggestion. Since the design includes animal ears and a tail, we chose a fabric with a more plush texture for production. We have noted your suggestion and will take it into consideration for our next round of optimization. Thank you very much for your thoughtfulness—we also hope to bring everyone better products through continuous improvement.

Thank you very much for your trust in and support for PLUSH WONDERLAND!
