Plushie is very high quality, I adore it. The hair is soft, the detail is amazing. I reached out to the company since my country wasn't on their list of shipping countries and we managed to erange for it to come here and whoever I was writting to were nothing but polite even when I was unsure and asking dumb questions. Though I'll warn people to read if it's a preorder. I bought mine in June and it arrived in october. But honestly it was worth the wait. I love my baby Roach. Literally can't praise them enough.
