i‘ve contacted the shop countless of times and every single time i got a new date on which it’d finally be sent out. i purchased furina and her clothing on august 8th 2024, they told me it’d arrive in october, which was then further delayed to december, then i was promised that the next batch of clothing would come during the end of february and now it‘s the end of march and still nothing. all my other dolls from plushwonderland have always been delivered within their promised timespan, or had been delayed not more than once. extremely disappointed and regardless of whether i‘ll still receive the product or not, i won’t buy from here again, despite the doll‘s and clothing‘s high quality.

This plushie took a VERY long time for “expedited shipping”. I personally felt I should’ve gotten a refund with how it ended up taking the normal amount of time shipping wise but that’s the reason it’s a four star. Now for the positive feedback!

They helped me every step of the way with getting the order where it needed to be. While it was a lot of emailing, I wasn’t mad at them when it came to shipping problems simply because it wasn’t their fault on that aspect. The doll came and my best friend cried upon receiving Furina because of how important she was to her. Thank you again for all your help in getting the gift where it had to be!

I love my Furina so much! I pre-ordered in September and the quality did not disappoint. Her hair is so soft and the clothing is detailed and smooth. I'm very happy with her!
