I agree with making the eyepatch part of the face- partly because of potential dye transfer if it were removable.
I also think doing his smug smirk instead of the expressionless face would make the doll alot more appealing

Please change his design a bit to be more accurate. Especially the hair, but also the eyes and the colors. As shown in the edited pictures
