I cannot begin to describe how HAPPY I am with this plushie!! As a Hu Tao main, this plushie captures her essence so well; the details on her face, her eyes, the hair, the soft texture, it's all just SO perfect. The quality of the plushies is really great, and the clothes are amazing. They both feel soft to the touch, yet the material is high-quality. You can tell how much love they put into making these plushies become a reality. Shipping took the estimated time, and customer service replied within 10 minutes of me reaching out with some questions I had. A wonderful experience overall!
