The hair is still a tad bit too dark and looks off. Eye shape doesn't suit him. So does the way his hair is styled. It makes it look huge. His 20 cm plushie was great, I don't understand why you're struggling to recreate it in his 10cm form. Especially when the sample art looked great to begin with. The glasses didn't need a shape/colour change. Why is that a thing now? It wasn't in any of the previous samples. I just hope this isn't final...

There was a big campaign on social media to get to the minimum number of orders because we loved the illustration you shared, but the sample doesn't look anything like it. It's not just the hair, it's everything. The body should be smaller, head bigger, eyes golden, bangs longer, arms shorter, glasses better. I ordered 2 and was ready to order at least 10, no joke. But I'll be really disappointed if the final result doesn't look like the sample illustration. I hope you're ready to issue refunds if it doesn't meet the expectations.
I mean the hair is a very obvious issue since Saeyoung's hair is supposed to be full and fluffy but like his glasses are so ugly too😭😭😭 the white outline is not it
