The Dehya Plush itself is well made and the clothes fit nicely. If not for the lack of support updates since my initial order, I would have given them 5 stars.
I initially paid for the deposit back in February of last year which was to gauge interest for the plush and decide if it would ultimately be made. It eventually was made and in roughly September (or sooner) it went on presale at which time I bought the plush and clothes. At this time it was estimated to ship in late October, early November. Which was fine considering the timeline for making a plush, however, I would hear nothing and receive no updates and until I went and personally checked the website to see if there was some sort of delay or what have you. I was greeted with the ship date being pushed to December which was fine but frustrating because almost the entire time I never received any update from support about when this plush would ship or if it was delayed or what. I had to reach out to support near end of December only to find out it was delayed due to the clothes being out of stock. So my order was pushed back to January and it seemingly still didn’t ship until I personally emailed support asking about my package, where they seemingly decided it was time to finally ship my package. Shipping time was okay and about what they said but the wait was frustrating due to how long I feel I waited overall. The worst for me at least was the lack of updates about the plush in real time unless I personally reached out through email and even then the responses were very short and vague I feel. Personally I find it to be a shame because I had ordered the Yelan Plush when it was on presale in June of last year and that transaction went much smoother and I had zero issues.

I ordered my dehya plush while it was a pre-order item and it took about 4 months, which was expected with a pre-order item. The quality of the doll was worth the money and time it took to get here. I highly recommend!
