I am removing stars for the customer service. I ordered express on an in stock item. I waited a month, nothing. I enquired, only to find out that express doesn't come to my area (I get express from everywhere else from the same shipping company, but okay) and wasn't informed until I asked about it. I was offered a partial refund for the difference in express and standard prices. I said okay, and I got it. I waited another month and still nothing. I enquired again, needed to message several times to even be acknowledged in hours, and then im told my package has been sitting at their warehouse and hasnt been shipped with standard? Hello?? I thought that it would he common sense to ship with standard shipping after express didn't work out? I bothered them enough for someone to FINALLY ship it with standard shipping and what do you know, a week later and he's here. I won't be ordering again until something is done about the customer service and shipping, i get better and faster responses from sketchy stores on Aliexpress.
