I never received this package, despite ordering it during the sample making stage. I assume it got lost at the distribution center, since my tracker hasn’t updated since August 28 after arriving in my city.

The doll is almost perfect! But I was surprised the pants color was changed and no notification was given to any of the buyers that preordered. I'm not happy with the change of color and I wish I was notified of this. Or at least given an option to pick the color of pants. The shop image says "two color shorts are shipped at random" but I only see people posting pictures of the light colored pants. I don't think anyone was given the original color of pants? It's misleading

COVE HOLDEN!!! It got the belt and the jacket and the SCAR LORE ACCURATE the red GLASSES ITS SUCH A CUTIE PIE!!! WHITE SANDO THE PANTS!!! SO CUTE!!! I CANT BELIEVE HES HOME!! He can sit! With the skeleton he can sit, but you have to lean him against the wall XC but that’s okay!! It’s hard to make him do positions- but maybe cause it’s fresh- I hope in the future he’ll be flexible!! And no need the wall to lean on when standing or sitting :3
The doll itself is exactly as advertised. It's made me very eager to buy more plushies from this company! However, I was incredibly disappointed to find I received a duller pair of pants than in the promo photos. At first, I just dismissed it as the lighting and wasn't going to say anything, but I now see that there were two options. I am not sure why this is, but in the future, I would appreciate the ability to choose myself if variants for articles of clothing are given. This is my only criticism and I am otherwise thrilled, the plush is absolutely adorable.

However, we sincerely apologize for the disappointment regarding the color of the pants. You are absolutely right—there were indeed two variations due to slight differences in fabric dye lots. The original fabric used in our promotional photos was ran out, and the subsequent batch produced a slightly darker shade. We did note this variation in the product description, but we understand that this may have been overlooked, and we truly regret any confusion or frustration this may have caused.
Your suggestion about allowing customers to choose between color variants in the future is excellent, and we will definitely explore ways to implement this option for similar situations. Additionally, we will make it a practice to proactively notify customers via email about such details to ensure transparency and avoid any surprises.
