i understand i already have another review posted but within the hour of opening my package/reviewing my order i have come across several issues regarding my doll, and this company hasn’t responded to any of my emails about them.
upon receiving the doll i noticed excess shedding and hair wefts that have visible backing, as well as hair that had hard beads on the end. originally i had only noticed the exposed backing on her bangs, but examining closer there are further issues. the backing is very exposed when the hair is pushed aside and the hair itself has been falling out with movement and touch. the backing is fully visible along the hairline, as well as visible under multiple layers. meanwhile, her bangs are very roughly cut and the backing is fully visible. this seems to only effect the pink part of the hair, the brown portion seems perfectly fine and undamaged. outside of this, i haven’t noticed any issues other than an extremely loud/cracky skeleton and a missing certificate for the doll.
i have been attempting to get in touch with CS regarding these issues (in chat and through email) and haven’t received any response, despite contacting them immediately upon noticing these issues.

received way earlier than expected, i’m very happy with what i received!! she fits in super well with my other vi merch and i’m very glad i was able to get one of the last batch of dolls :,)
will say that i didn’t receive any certificate card, and some of the backing on her bangs is visible (but can be cleaned up), otherwise she’s very well made!

When I received the paketage almost everything was ok, but the only worse was that the Birth Certificate Card wasn't there, the doll it's ok and I recomend the buy, also, I would buy again.
