C his butt and head is really big. I had to massage his head into a good shape because it was so oval when he arrived. He comes with a birth certificate, which is soo cute. I bought just the doll w/ no clothes and bought the clothes separately. It was cheaper for me to buy 2 different outfits than buy the doll + clothes.
