He's so cute and his ears are very soft and his clothes are high quality. He also shipped faster than most dolls I've ordered.

The product itself is excellent — great quality and exactly as described. I’m very happy with the item I received.

However, the customer service was quite disappointing. Several items from my order suddenly went out of stock, even though I had been told they would be reserved for me. I was not informed about these changes and had to constantly follow up myself to get any updates on my orders. Communication was slow and inconsistent, and I often waited long periods for replies and i had to be the one to ask for information and i wasn't given new updates by the customer service by themselves.

It’s a shame, because the products are truly wonderful. With more reliable stock management and proactive customer updates, the overall shopping experience could be so much better.

This is unfortunately not the first time this happened to me in this shop. But still the dolls are very wonderful. And i have some more preordered. Hopefully i don't have to go through this frustrating experience again because i love those dolls.
