I was told that my order was going to ship mid-June and I haven’t gotten any other updates since then about anything. I tried leaving a message about my concerns and gotten no response in return . I’m very sad that I can’t get any help with my order and was really looking forward to getting my plushie.

Ordered item months before it was notified for delivery. And when it's supposed to be deliver, they notify I have to contact usps. And I still haven't gotten my package

I ordered this doll for half off on Black Friday, and even though it took a while to get here, it was so worth the wait! The quality is fantastic, and identical to the pictures. I’m so glad that little Epel could come home!
I love Epel Felmier so much and he is absolutely freaking adorable! He looks a lot better in person than he does in the photos - they really don't do him justice. The hair is a nice periwinkle but much lighter than his in-game colour. His eyes are spot on though and the apple embroidery is a really nice touch to his character. The hair at the back doesn't look bad in person though in the picture it does look a bit 'choppy'. If you love Epel, definitely consider bringing him home!
