I loved the dolls and were so cute! But the stitching was a little bit off but still overall great! Came with birth certificates and free pins! I loved it and sooo cute!

I adore her, everything was fine during the shipping and she arrived perfectly good, the plush is awesome and super adorable, I sleep with it in my arms, I hug it, I take it everywhere, but there's one problem and it really makes me sad and I don't know what to do about it. The yellow accessories on her clothes are very very badly made. Since I hug the plush a lot, it rubs against my body but that's where the problem starts - the accessories broke? Somehow? It's very badly made, because it's just wires attached together and held with a simple rubber band and that's the problem. It's extremely fragile... I first lost the back one, 5 months after getting the plush, and now I just lost one in the front... I don't know how long the last one is gonna last, but I'm quite disappointed with this... That's the only problem the plush has, the rest is perfect but these accessories are just bad :(

I don't know what to do right now :((( I'm satisfied with the plushie but I'm super sad about the accessories breaking on their own....

My packing slip says I should have received my full order but I am missing a doll and clothes- but the clothes I am missing are from a doll I received and I got clothes for a doll I did not get. Customer service said they were shipping separately, but I am worried that I won’t get them because my packing slip said all items were included.
