This place needs to be more up to date with their return policy, I order a plush from here and got told I couldn't get a refund because I didn't put in the specific address, I had emailed them the right address but was ghosted and previously told they couldn't resend the plush. Why not? I will never know, but all I know is that I got scammed out of my £30 from this one small mistake that could easily be fixed, what a joke.
