Never received my order

I’m not sure if I’m receiving this review request in error, or if it’s just an automated email—but I never received my order. Instead, I found out belatedly it had been returned to sender, and that Plush Wonderland has to sort it in their warehouse before attempting to redeliver. Unfortunately not a great first experience, but I’m hoping it’ll change and I’ll get my order eventually.
