Very good bag, solid 10/10. Literally no issues with it other than figuring out how to put the inserts correctly on my own. my pawpaw and buddies thought it looked good so I'm very satisfied with the purchase. highly recommend.
The bag is very cute, holds my 20cm doll perfectly, and is very versatile in terms of ways to carry it around. The photos shown are accurate to the product, but there were a few minor issues with the bag.
The first thing I noticed when I unboxed it was the smell. There is an incredibly strong chemical odor that comes off the bag. I even put it in the garage over night in hopes it would air it out, but it’s still pretty pungent.
The second thing I noticed was a scuff mark on the plastic, but it’s not as noticeable as the gash taken out of the bag itself. I’m a little saddened that it’s damaged, but hopefully it’s not that noticeable.
The third thing I want to mention isn’t necessarily an issue, it’s just an fyi. The interior of the bag is very small. The most you can fit in there is your phone, chapstick, and your keys depending on how many keychains you have on there lol.
Overall, I’m happy to have a new bag and I do think it’s cute, but you may have to air the bag out before using, be content with a few imperfections, and don’t need to carry a lot of items.

Regarding the smell you mentioned, because the bag is made of leather, it may have a slight natural odor initially. We recommend allowing it to air out in a well-ventilated space. Usually, the smell will fade significantly after about a week.

I ordered my bag on 12/12/24. Today is 12/27/25. I still have not gotten my order and it shows it is still in Chicago for the past week with no movement.
It's a very nice bag and the material feels very nice and not cheap. I am deducting a star because the bag took 2 months to arrive but otherwise I am very happy
