La verdad me encantaría comprar uno o dos de diferentes modelos pero quisiera saber si hacen envíos al extranjero, específicamente México
Hello, we are able to provide shipping services to Mexico. If there is a product you like, you can place an order. If you have any other questions, you can email us at our official email address at any time, and a dedicated member of our team will assist you. Thank you.
The ears don't match, the horns are smaller, the facial expressions are slightly different, and when I wrote to you about the package, I didn't get any response, the skeleton in this model is meh.....like wtf?
Hello,
We are very sorry for the unpleasant shopping experience we have caused you. We have urged the colleagues responsible for after-sales emails to speed up processing everyone’s emails. Due to the large volume of messages, there have indeed been cases where some were not handled in time, and we sincerely apologize for this.
If possible, you may also send an email to our official email address with your order number and inquire again.
Regarding product quality and quality control issues, we will also do our best to resolve the relevant after-sales issues for you, and we hope to provide you with a relatively satisfactory resolution.
Thank you very much for your trust in and support for PLUSH WONDERLAND!
Additional reply on September 18, 2026:
Hello,
It’s not that we haven’t replied to you—it’s that, due to your email settings, the reply our colleague sent you was rejected. Would it be convenient for you to adjust your settings? That way, we can communicate more easily.

Looks exactly like the picture and it’s so cute! I love him so much. Only issue is the hat is a little wonky and doesn’t stay on great, but it’s not too much of an issue!
