I got it in the mail a few days ago & if I were to give it a score out of 10 for packaging/materials/handling/etc. I'd give it a 9 out of 10, but that's only because in my experience one of the magnets for his wings had come off (likely during shipment) and when I went to put the cute hoodie on him, the velcro got stuck and ended up partially pulling away from the fabric. These are both minor issues for me personally, considering they can be fixed rather quickly. Other than those 2 minor issues, everything was perfect, and I'd definitely recommend 🥰🥰🥰
