Don't inform you when they run out of stock

Didn't find out my order wouldn't be fulfilled until I received my order with no doll. I was even sent the clothes. I was never emailed or had my order status changed. In fact this review is from an email saying "We fulfilled your order."
They did send me a full refund of even the clothes but only after I contacted them to ask why I hadn't been sent it. It's fine to run out of stock but don't leave your customers in the dark and send them nothing and have them chase you for a refund.
I delayed ordering for so long because they kept changing the design and at one point even proposed Kenjaku instead.
They did refund me quickly and apologize but this has been a disappointing experience.
This has made me rethink any future purchase.

Gorgeous!

I bought this as a present for one of my best friends! The fabric is gorgeous and I love it comes with a couple extras of the Kenjaku sticker (Even though I will not use them haha) but even the quality of the clothes is amazing! I'm so happy because she's in love with it!
