Got the doll with skeleton and am super satisfied with the doll itself! The shipping took a little over a month which was a lot faster than expected. The only thing I can say about this doll is that the clothes are a little tight and the shoes don’t fit (don’t close in the back), but they are great quality and can be put on without securing the back for display or can fit some of my other dolls. Overall great experience and would buy from here again!!

This was my first order with Plush Wonderland so I did not know what to expect. 4 stars are for the quality of the dolls. Minus 1 star for the outfits and lack of communication.
The waiting period was long and there were unexpected changes. Luckily, compared to my other dolls, the quality is just as nice and the embroidery well done.
I ordered when the interest deposits opened. Some of the mid-progress updates for TXJ were my favorite but he ended up different from both the initial design and the updates in the middle. I didn't realize that face expressions could change halfway through. Some changes were good and some were not so much.
The opinion voting was done via social media, but a poll for people who actually pre-ordered would have been preferred. Anyone could vote on the doll's faces regardless of if they buy or not. Those of us who paid the deposit went in expecting something that changed without an update. Unless we were glued to the social media accounts, it was easy to miss completely. Nothing about changes was emailed or posted to each doll's listing page to communicate.
The outfits are also not custom made. They seem to be from various taobao sellers I have seen before. There is nothing wrong with this, but if we pay a clothing deposit, it should mean custom outfits. Again, expectations are that paying a clothing deposit = clothes specifically made for the characters. This did not happen. Happy that they have clothes, but not happy the clothes are not special for them.
Overall, the experience was ok but frustrating. The long wait was not the issue for me. I was more than willing to wait. I am also happy to have the dolls in hand now but not sure I would do it again without finalized samples first.
