Every plushie I've gotten so far as been cute and quality. Additionally, in an instance where I've received communication about any complications the conversation has been patient and cordial. I'm very pleased with everything. I was super excited for this plushie in particular and I was not disappointed. The clothes are wonderful, and the actual plushie is so cute and soft. Libble guyyyyy. Preordered him when the poll came out and was so excited! And don’t get me wrong he’s adorable. But there’s so much glue used for his hair, and especially since it’s white it already looks yellow in some spots.
