I am writing to inquire about my order,#( SF6047292248985 ), which was placed on ( December 25, 2025). According to the order confirmation, the estimated delivery date was February 4 2026, But I have not received the package.
I have checked the tracking information, just to be aware that a shipping company called ( Swiftx-express) has not delivered my package. Im very frustrated and been trying to get a hold with this shipping company, But still wasn't able to. I've email, and called on the exact days that they were open but still haven't seen a reply from them. I was wondering if I could get a refund on this order due to the inconvenience. Please if still possible email me the details of a refund so I can receive my money back.

My baby has arrived and I am more than thrilled. He’s very, VERY adorable. The plush is of very good quality and his hair is really soft. I am going to give him all the love in the world and I will treasure him forever. It’s indeed fair to say that the cat clothes might be out of character because of his allergy, but I’ll just pretend this is what he had to wear when doing that cat food commercial for Jumin lol.
Anyway, if you were still doubting about buying a mystic messenger plush then this is your sign to buy one because you will NOT regret it.

I ordered mine the 25th December and got told to expect it to arrive in February. I got it in JULY. And since February I just got a email every month saying "Next month!!"
The cat clothes are very out of character, but it does look cute so 🤷🏼♀️ Idk if the other option wasn't there when I ordered or if I just didn't notice that I had to click another button- that might've been on me, oh well 🥀
But the plushie does look like the pictures so yay, finally got him 😛
